LA’s Lincoln Heights – Current Project

Creative Industrial Group plans to acquire and complete the redevelopment of two industrial buildings totaling 15,858 square feet on a 23,740 square foot lot in LA’s Lincoln Heights neighborhood. The larger building, built in 1933, consists of reinforced masonry with 18-foot bow-trussed roof, Mission Road frontage entrance and three roll-up doors to the 24-car gated parking lot.

The site sits across the street from Lincoln Park, adjacent to LAC+USC Medical Center and Keck Medical School. One of LA’s oldest neighborhoods and anchored by the medical complex and many longtime local businesses, Lincoln Heights has seen significant over the past decade as the city’s northeast expansion trends down from DTLA, Echo Park, Silverlake, Mt. Washington, Montecito Heights and Elysian Valley.
